Intuitive Eating
A more peaceful way to relate to food and your body.
In 1995, dietitians Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch introduced Intuitive Eating as an alternative to chronic dieting and the cycle of restriction, discouragement, and disconnection from the body. Since then, more than 200 studies have explored its relationship with physical and emotional well-being.
At its heart, Intuitive Eating isn’t another plan to master or a set of rules to follow. It’s an invitation to listen, notice, and rebuild trust with your body—stepping away from food rules and the pressure to constantly change your body.
Together, we can explore a more compassionate way of eating that helps you reconnect with your body’s hunger and fullness cues and make room for greater peace with food, movement, and yourself.
