About

Compassionate support for food, body & soul

My work brings together two practices that have deeply shaped me:
Intuitive Eating and Spiritual Direction.

My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and attentive listening. Whether our conversations focus on food and body, your spiritual life, or the places where they intersect, you’ll find a welcoming, nonjudgmental space to explore what matters most to you.

A gentler way forward can begin right where you are.

Hi, I'm Debbie.

I'm a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, Certified Non-Diet Christian Advocate, and Certified Spiritual Director.

For years, I was caught in the cycle of dieting, always starting over and wondering why I couldn't get it right. I spent far too much time thinking about food and longing for peace. I wanted to enjoy food without guilt, feel more at home in my body, and step away from the pressure of rules and “shoulds.”

Discovering Intuitive Eating changed so much for me. Instead of trying to control my body, I learned to listen to it with greater curiosity and compassion. Over time, I came to understand that healing isn't about trying harder. It's about rebuilding trust with your body, your inner wisdom, and yourself.

Today, I bring both personal experience and professional training to this work, offering women the kind of compassionate, nonjudgmental support I once needed myself.

My Story

A Little About Me

Outside of my work, you’ll usually find me enjoying life’s quieter moments: slow mornings with coffee, tending flowers, reading a good book, spending time outdoors, laughing with my grandchildren, or sharing meaningful conversations with friends and family.

These simple rhythms remind me to slow down, be present, and notice the goodness in ordinary moments.

Together, we’ll slow down, listen deeply, and gently explore what is unfolding within you.
